About Us
West End Wreaths was named for a summer retreat in Grassy Creek, NC, our company seeks to share a piece of that peaceful place where the summer forest hums with crickets, and June bugs, and deer, turkeys and other wild game are visible year round.
Owner/Manager Scott Ballard has his master's degree in Education and develops and teaches online college courses. More info about these courses can be obtained by visiting this site: Teacher Education Institute.
In the off-season Scott has a personal training business (Gym Time with Scott), is a host at Germain Media (celebrating Appalachian history and culture) and is the director of the annual Golf4Grants program which supports teachers and students in his hometown of Middlesboro, Ky (Pictured Below).
